Next appointment more important than Warnock

The next management appointment could be one of the biggest decisions in our history Bringing in Warnock was a master stroke at the time and just what the club needed on and off the field Fans were united and got behind the team and manager If the club get the next appointment wrong all this good work could be wasted
I would love to see a young manager come in and turn out to be the next big thing but I am sure if we do that the initial reaction will not be positive towards the manager Lets face it any manager we appoint will be out of a job or managing at a lower level .
If we have a manager who does not like route one football do we have the type of players available currently to us ?
