That Mike Flynn is the man to take over by Wednesday dependent on how talks with County get on. The reasoning at board level is that the impending transfer embargo coming City's way due to non-payment on owed money has meant that Flynn's perceived ability to galvanise squads with limited talent so to speak is seen as a plus point. Sri Tan Vincent Tan has not been happy with recent purchases made by Neil and the lack of overall talent at the club. Hence why Mehmet Dakman has publically stated the desire to approach a younger Manager with an 'Offensive style.' They also want to back him in January knowing it is likely the only transfer window open to him until a transfer embargo has been resolved.
The heirachy as you know are to exhaust every possible avenue available to them regarding the Sala fee, and beleive Flynn has the resilience needed to weather the storm so to speak as the embargo will be challenged through the courts. Mike Flynn has also reassured Dalman that with better players at his dsposal, he can create a more dynamic attacking team mixed with a shorter passing game that has not been an option to him at times managing Newport County.

Admittedly my hearing isn't what it used to be, but I wouldn't be as sure as that mister. Flynny promised 35 + a further 2 per match![]()
Let's just wait and see, he/she's never let me down before and nor have my hearing aids
