No good employing a hot head like Bellamy and Keane. Bowyer might also struggle with him???? People skills very important and Nr Warnock had bucket loads.

Bowyer has been working with Romain Duchalet for 2-3 years who's considered a Deranged, unstable, Psychopath and one of the worst owners in football I think he'd be fine with Tan tbh.

Tan is far from the worst or craziest owner!
How to handle tan? I imagine it's as simple as treating him with respect and being honest.

Apparantly Tan has already offered it to Craig once before, Craig told him he wasn't ready. Goes off does his badges, works for free for the club goes off to the continent for a broader experience. Nows the time
