"We're almost there" in regards to the next man.
Warnock absolutely not involved in finding replacement.
No idea if Warnock is retiring.

Cheap option on the way, Harris a failed Millwall manager. No ambition from the club.

He got Charlton to the playoffs two seasons ago, automatic promotion last season and they are doing much better than expected this season. All that with a massively unpopular Belgian owner and having to sell their best players. It's a better record than Harris. There are better managers out there but not necessarily in our price range or who would come to us.

Jim White later said Talksport have heard it's Neil Harris.

If it's Harris I don't believe Warnock didn't have an input.
Dalman out.

Think they are waiting on someone else to give them the nod, if not Harris will get it.

Jules thats the impression you get reading between the lines on some of the threads? One minute Harris is preferred but then theres a late comer to the party! Think they'd like someone other than Harris but will take him if they get turned down from real target..

Warnocks appointment didn’t take much football knowledge as he was obviously the right man at the right time for our relegation battle.
Now it needs a lot more thought and football advice.
Dalman brought us OGS and Slade and Trollop.
I will find it hard to accept Dalman has not used Warnock as a sounding board.

Yep, for me I'd much rather them appoint a director of football, with vast footballing knowledge and let them conduct the managerial search. D.O.F before a manager any day.
