Given our owner's attitude to some of the comments attributed to Malky during his time at the club it would be quite a surprise if somebody with Bowyer's shall we say "colourful" past were to be appointed.

Fwiw I think it's wrong to say we can't play football.
Our tactics may suggest that but these are professional footballers who have been playing their trade around a number of different clubs with different mangers. Sure maybe they aren't the BEST ball players but tomlin and hoilett can play. Pack can pick a pass and ralls has shown he's capable of it. Ralls hoilett bacuna and our wings can run with the ball.
With a new approach then maybe these guys can show some other skills

Yeh but first thing first we need to concentrate more on keeping possession and playing out from the back and not hoofing it giving the ball to the opposition all the time, our players can show there skills and talent more then

(2) Bigger budget to buy players
(3) Romain Duchalet
(4) Wont be on a week to week contract here, and will be on a higher wage than he is at Charlton
(5) Long term and possibly short term will have a better chance of promotion with us due to Charlton not spending hardly any money and relying on loans who will leave them at the end of the season, so will be bringing in free's again.

Just looking at the way they messed him about in the summer after he got promotion shows that Charlton even though doing well on the pitch are a complete mess off it and have been for years. Im not saying we're perfect by any means but if his objective is to get promotion and be a premier league manager we've got a far better chance of helping him achieve that in the next couple of years than Charlton have imo.

Really hope its lee bowyer now got a good feeling about him. I see him in the frank lampard and steven gerrard mold and look how good they have been doing
