a change of manager fails more than it succeeds...fact..
more often than not you get 2 or 3 mistakes before finding one that works..

Agree there. A new manager, a few defeats and the crowd will turn once again.

That's life of a football club you win some lose some when comes to managers... Watford have had about 9 managers in 4 ys upto this season it didn't harm them! down west did same did ok for 8yrs...what is certain is we could not go on as we've been doing this season a change was needed and only time will tell if the club gets it right that is the reality of changing managers.
