We have deadwood throughout the squad it’s very clear and it includes the players that will be gone anyway due to our failure to challenge

One thing is for sure, there is not much difference in the performances of each side at present.

Not sure if the football was better under Slade or Trollope, or Ole for that matter. But in the cold light of day, it wasn’t any worse than the current season and most of last season. Yet Neil has spent a lot more than Slade and Trollope. That’s where we are at and that’s why I wanted him gone For the last 12 months. It’s awful to watch.

Ask Anderlecht to have Bellamy until the end of the season, let’s see what he’s really like and give him an opportunity. Give him a transfer window. Allowances must be given to him,he will be inheriting a poor Warnock squad, most of who won’t fit his style. And If we don’t like what we see, he goes back to Belgium in the summer and we look elsewhere.

was so much easier getting a half time pie and a pint. and most of the newbies just whinge anyway. wouldn't go as far as calling them deadwood though as they pay good money.

Absolute nonsense.

I have been watching this team since 1971. The Slade era wasn't the worst team I've seen but it was certainly the most boring and passion less. It was the only time I considered not renewing my season ticket as it was such a chore watching such a boring style of play and players that just didn't seem to care or have a cue how to ramp things up.

So let's not re-write history. Warnock brought back passion and, aside from this season, excitement. It was time to go and probably a mistake for him to say this was his last season but bring back Slade and you can then watch those empty seats increase game by game !!!!
