I would also go with that. Bamba and Nelson together. Morrison also needs to be dropped regardless of the captaincy. He’s been very poor in both boxes since the promotion season.

I agree mate, but ironically I though he was ok today, definitely made an effort and had a bit of fight in him, problem is we have been blessed with good centre halves over the recent years and he is not up to that standard. I don't think he's a bad player just not at the level we have become accustomed to.

Flint is shocking.
Doesn't win the aerial balls in either box his height should allow him to win.
Bleach blonde hair and bright orange boots and he can't make a 20 yard pass to a team mate.
Hes a Warnockhoofball merchant but no good at it.
If the quoted fee is right its another one of Sir Neil its scandalous really situations.

Isnt it nice to be able to sets of central defenders with the added bonus that Bamba can play just in front of the back 4 if needed.

The defence is fine - its just up front where we struggle and also in terms of general play / style.

Our defence is not fine. Cracks papered over at home but away we ship more goals than we should.

Etheridges distribution has become worse and Flint can't make a 20 yard pass. Bennett not the player he was two years ago and Peltier simply not a top end of the championship player. We badly miss Manga and Bamba. Nelson looks a player and for me is currently the one crumb of comfort in the defence moving forward. Two, if Bamba can return from a serious injury.

Flints acquisition is a farce. He is worthless and yet another Sir Neil acquisition where the fee will need to be written off as no other club will ever pay any money for him whatsoever.

23 goals in 16 games says this season its not good enough

its more than 17 teams in this league have scored and the same as one other...5 teams have scored more.
but only 7 have conceded more … its never quite as simple as goals do change games... but scoring 1.43 per game in itself aint bad sides have been promoted scoring less..

bottom line is we need a run of results 3 wins and a draw in a 4 game run..dont much matter if its 3 x 1 nils and a nil nil draw..or 3 x 5-4s and a 3 all draw..

Been very frustrating watching him play I hate to say it about him hes tries his hardest but hes been a poor signing.
