When onside is offside?

Sat Nov 09, 2019 4:42 pm

When a player wears size 10 shoe instead of a size 9? Mcgoldrick of sheff u had foot 1 inch over VAR line but spurs player had SHOULDER ahead off Sheffield players took 3min 30secs to decide !!! Then Sheffield scored VAR looked and said goal even though basically it was same scenario.... total farce and ruining the game

Well it took 3.5 mins to decide plus countless
moving of lines to decide? whatever happened to in line and benefit to strikers!
And to make matters worse arsenal defender pulled Leicester player on shoulder later no pen yet later in game same incident except not so bad was given as free kick? Var is making mockery of football and I said the ref no longer will make decisions var will and it's coming true.. :laughing6:

Must been imposter I've
Never been pro var! said from beginning it will make decisions not the referee and it will go way of tmo in rugby and look at things prior like fouls in build up to goal! Already its being used outside its remit of pen, red card offside and fck knows what a clear and obvious error is when ref is 2yds away and doesnt give decision but var does!

100% agree I can't stand it as its spoiling the game,we managed without it for 100 odd years so why change it....

They keep saying why didn't var look at a foul but thats not in var remit its for pens handball red cards and offside? Kept saying it will expand like rugby's tmo and it will..
