A man from tonypandy was given 12 week prison sentence for kicking a seagull and killing it!!! :shock:

There classed as vermin but better protected than humans if kicked someone wont get jail unless it was at head? :o

They're not classed as vermin, all species of gull are protected under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and the Wildlife (Northern Ireland) Order 1985.

Didnt say kill someone said kicked someone you wouldn't get 12wks for that unless did serious injury ? This particular bird had several things wrong with it not caused by the individual but they decided the kick killed it.. :thumbup:
