He will also struggle to justify to his bosses why he is dropping his major big money summer signing for a free transfer player from league 2.
The only way Bamba or Nelson play is either from the bench or as a back 3 / sweeper.
It doesnt matter how well he played ( he was awful in his last outing by the way ) Nelson will drop for Morrison after Bristol

Since when has Warnock been bothered about dropping a player he paid big money for, Infact most of them he has dropped for considerable time, Tomlin, Murphy, Reid, Medine.
If Nelson does well against Bristol I can see Flint being dropped for Morrison.

He very rarely changes his defence
Actually I dont think it has changed all season other than morrisons injury
Flint really has not done anything wrong. Neither has Morrison. The issue is the styles of players not the quality of defenders.
I cant see Warnock dropping either for Nelson who has only had 1 good game. He has a lot to prove before he gets a permanent slot in that defence. If anybody was to come in it would be Bamba in my opinion.
Nelson will be 4th choice after Bristol

What have they done wrong ?
The midfielders in front of them changing all season has left them exposed time and again. Everyone is quick to jump on there backs but really it is our shite midfield putting them under constant pressure that is the real cause

Its not about making mistakes its about the fact they have no pace or movement, neither are bad defenders but playing together means we drop deeper and deeper which means its more difficult to attack and the wide players are not getting the ball in the key areas without having to do a lot of work to get the ball up the field.
Its the pairing more than the players imo.
