Birmingham City fans throwing coins just hit a 4year old Cardiff City fan just moments ago, We Cardiff City fans are no angels when it come to football related incidents but we don't attack kids

Agreed, totally unacceptable.
Never right to target kids.
From what I've seen from our own fans, they nearly always only go for opposition fans who also want a fight. But never kids.

Was in block 117 yesterday with my 6 year old. Ten pence missed him by inches. Same thing happened when I took him against Villa years ago and we were in the family end. Something wrong with those Brummies.

Area is significantly covered by cctv, lets hope someone will be getting a knock on their door one early morning in the next week.

God knows why you would ban me and delete my comment.
But what I said was, I highly doubt he was “attacking a 4 year old” or “targeting children” as being reported here. He threw a coin, something which I have seen Cardiff fans do on numerous occasions. When you throw a coin it is very rarely aimed at anyone and hitting someone you don’t really want to is the risk you all take whenever you throw something.
Best thing is to not throw anything in the first place. But to pretend he threw a coin AT a 4 year old in order to stoke outrage, is probably wide of the mark.

I sit in 117 - close to the away end. In the 4/5 seasons that I've been sat there - this is the first time coins have been thrown to the extent that they were. Not just the odd one or two - literally must have seen about 10 coins flying through the air or bouncing on the floor.
If you want to scrap after the game then knock yourselves out - but throwing coins at a load of defenseless fans is cowardly. Think they should save the pennies and try and buy a bit of class.

yes your right , but I doubt the person that threw the coin was aiming it at a particular fan.
long time ago but I remember a young girl having her eye out at Eastville against us.. doubt the fella that threw it even knew it was his stone there were that many things being thrown...
nets would be a good answer...
