roof leaking

got family 3 tickets in bloc 111 yesterday and they had to sit under a leaking roof and got soaked to the skin.Apparently thats the norm in these seats said the steward. Paying over sixty pound we where not amused.

Why didnt you move seats ?
There seemed to be plenty of empty seats in and around that block.
I think most fans got soaked yesterday but the win made it worth the soaking.

Next time take his number and report him. His job is to assist, or send someone who can.
In fact, I’d report him anyway, they’ll know who it was..

im not sure it is a roof. its more a decorative feature.
