Broadband is super fast and I’ve never had any issues with reliability. Probably about the best out there.

Have had a couple of issues with the landline over the years but usually sorted immediately over the phone or next day when an engineer required.

Ditto but with no problems on the landline.

Broadband is amazing. Only down side is no Sky Atlantic.

Sorry to muddy the waters but I was with them for years for their speed but the routers and wifi network are poor if you have anything other than a small flat.

Also every Friday at 5pm, like clockwork, the broadband would slow as if everyone clogged it up for the weekend.

As soon as the copper line services got their speeds up, I left.

Have not noticed any issue with gaming or UHD streaming with the lower speed but have noticed that the wifi signal is much more reliable with a better router.

Did you have fibre optic broadband?

Amazing service horrendous hardware. Add about £100 to your contract budget to account for buying a better router

Nope Sky, 12 miles from the place we don't mention in polite company, Allahn forgive me, bless him. I questioned Sky when they said we have fibre optic where you live, yep I know but old school shit. Don't even has fuckin gas here let alone modern tech.
But. I doff me cap, it's good, very good, cost a few Euros and I send receive, GB's data per day.
No idea what virgin is like here in Wales, they use the same system, but in London. Mate used to come around my gaff to use internet, that is how bad virgin are.
It is the same system they use unless..
My personal opinion. I wouldn't bother with virgin company at all, his old man sold it out years ago.

I know I'm not in Cardiff and Virgin is as fast as anywhere up here. But out of mates in Cardiff I'd say more have virgin than anything else. Share same views.

Internet mega fast. Reliable and probably their best feature.
Engineers second to none. Especially when installing.
WiFi hub. Pretty poor. But can replace.
TiVo interface. Not as clean as Sky. But you get used to it.
Value. Excellent. And great opening deals.
Customer service. As others.
