Obviously, something is not right.

Formation. Selection. Performances. Tactics. Whatever.

Neil Warnock rescued this club and picked it up from off the floor. As much as I might disagree with a lot of the passionate responses from fans over yesterday, the fact is that they and I had fallen so far away from the club I have loved, that I was in a 'couldn't care less' mood at the end. Neil Warnock put us all together.

I think there is a confidence issue. Players are afraid. Most glaring thing for me was that we never got close enough to fight.

That calls for an honesty session. Players in a room together. Captain telling it as it is. Clear the air. One for all.....

Should be easy after that bile.
