Good on you Mozzer.
Top man.
Hopefully that puts it to bed now and we move on.

Does disappoint me with this controversy surrounding our captain.
I'm a huge fan of Morrison, regardless of form or performance. I can see that he loves this club, and seeing him getting death threats along with fans abusing his Mrs... It's embarrassing to know it's come from fans that support the same club as I do.

Afraid it's a sign of the times. There are some pathetic people on social media. Easy enough to be big and brave from the safety of a keyboard. Would like to see one of them say it to him face to face.

Absolutely.
Tbh I was the first to suggest he was t his best on Sunday (who was?) but he’s always struck me as a genuine guy who appreciates the fans. There’s many who don’t give a f@ck so it’s appreciated by me anyway.

Well done Sean Morrison. He came over to the fans at the end and stood applauding. He had the guts to do that and does not deserve abuse or some idiot fan who think he's tough mouthing off at him from a safe place.
Well done our captain. Showed guts and leadership, and never gave up during t6e game.

Totally agree, in fairness to Morrison he always does put a shift in
He’s a big centre half and will sometimes get caught out by quick, small forwards which makes him seem a bit slow and cumbersome at times. Unfortunately this makes him an easy target for the cowards on social media
It’s fairly obvious though that him and Flint are never going to be a successful partnership and this needs to be addressed quickly

Not sure why he would need to explain himself to a clown who takes it personally and has to have a pop using his keyboard. Some of our snowflake fans need a reality check!

Fully behind Morrison, the only one who really came out with any pride yesterday

Top man Moz and a great captain.our fans are so fickle.

I didn’t think much of the whole calling fan thing out either way, didn’t bother me, wether it happened or not didn’t matter. I have slowly but surely been disliking Morrison this season, not as a person, just for his performances. I’ve got to say though, as fickle as this is, I really like him again after reading that reminds me why I love him. Yes his performances haven’t been great but that’s mainly down to Warnock playing 2 similar players at Center half. Morrison is our most consistent and best defenders at the club since he’s been here. Alongside a Bruno/Bamba type player Morrison’s best shows. Flint can’t keep getting picked when Bamba is fit, unfortunately. I like Flint but they can’t play together and if it’s a choice of Sean or Aiden, I pick Sean all the time.

No real fan would in their right mind - threaten either of them ( ridiculous) players and managers do hurt on loses they don’t dip on form on purpose it’s their careers - any how it was and always will be a bitter pill to digest against our biggest rivals - we brush ourselves down and fight another day - come the return game we will be more focussed and the fans will have the biggest job ever to get the ground rocking like the past and out matters right as we can not lose a double ever :

Good on him for replying to the rumours.
Passionate response for him as well.
Like others say, he was one of the better ones yesterday anyway. Insisted on staying on after injuring his other hand.

I can vouch for every word. I was 10 yards away and have stated exactly the same explanation even before i read this.

Mozza is a great person he has always been exceptional to my young lads I met him at the hotel in brum before the west Brom game he loves city and the fans

Christ nobody can lose nowadays
Yes, it was painful to watch and the opposition didn't help but in what way is that one players fault. Even if he slipped or scored and OG, its not one players fault.
The issue is the managers. He signs and selects the players and sets the tactics. We lost Sol and Gunnar from the promotion team and haven't replaced their nounce and leadership.
This is as close as i come to social media, but acting jonny big bollox to his Mrs is beyond the pale.
Morrison puts his body on the line, its not his fault we lost Sol who is a gifted athlete and who probably reads the game really well and we also know he is a talker on the pitch and replaced him with a carbon copy of himself. It doesn't work very well as does the "shield" not really work as well as Gunnar did.
IMO Warnock has 2 games before all hell breaks lose, if he is a good as we think he is, he'll find a solution.

Respect to the guy. Not many would do that
Mon Oct 28, 2019 8:57 pm
I got no problem with our player's.. It's the warnock hoof ball I can't handle.. I am certain if allowed our squad is more than capable of passing a football

I did not really believe it to be honest .DId you see how good an understanding he was with the young mascot in the tunnel before coming out on to the pitch.HOW could someone being that good suddenly change so much ?
Mon Oct 28, 2019 10:29 pm
Well said Sean Morrison. he is fast becoming a true legend at this club, whether he is playing well or not.
I can't think of many centre-back who have played more League games than him Post WW2, Don Murray, Phil Dwyer, Danny Malloy. So he is up there with them all and if he stays he will have over 300 games for us in two years time. He obviously like it down here, as he turned down Sheffield Wednesday two years ago, when we could have had a big fee, he could have had better wages apparently. So I'm behind him, his form is not his best at the moment, but I am sure he'll get back to his very best soon> When he came back after injury last season he was all over the place, but after settling back in he was excellent.

The treatment Mozzarellas has had is disgraceful especially towards his girlfriend. I was as angry as anyone on Sunday but I would never ever do this shit. Childish and pathetic.

Why are people even messaging him about anything ? Why was Morrison even singled out? Abusing his family is just cowardly

Morrison was the stand-out player on Sunday and it must have been a difficult pill to swallow to be beaten so badly. The score line didn’t reflect the gameplay but I couldn’t fault the man!
Passions sometimes cause things to boil over and if this was the case I’m sure true Bluebirds will forgive him.
It’s a pity the rest of the team didn’t show his kind of commitment during the game. Just saying.
