f*cking pathetic. This is what our fan base is these days. Modern football eat your heart out.

No. When you're in these games now, like MOST away games this season, you can only sing so long. Why would you sing when you're unhappy and miserable that you're 3-0 down to reading, or losing 1-0 to Swansea. What motivation does OUR team give us to sing and be louder than the home crowd when they're constantly singing because they're winning. Our team showed nothing today to give us fans any sort of hope. That game was lost as soon as the goal went in. I've seen enough of this cardiff side this season to know we weren't going to come back from that.

We didnt sing anything from the off, so cant blame the team. Weak on and off the pitch. If we need something more than it being a south wales derby to get going than our fans are truly terrible.

All this coming from the armchair fans in the house.

If you want to make some noise how about getting on a coach and going to an away game. I say well done to the 1650 fans that made the effort to see that shower of shit and let's not forget some of them had to be up at 0500 for a game that is only down the road.

They didn’t deserve decent support, hope no one clapped them at the end. Disgraceful

We all know whats happening......Its the start of the end of this era.

Warnock is a god to most of us, but you know when its up and the respect for Neil gives him more time than others who have been in better positions would have had (Slade & Ole). But we all know its up, so the enthusiasm has gone.

Pity the players didn't know it was a derby because they didn't show Amy passion either

i thought it was sky just turning down the volume of the fans but i guess its just that fans know it could go either way with the form on both teams.

Irony of those who didnt go slagging out those that did.

Re: Our support is so quiet

I was shocked at how quiet we were. Too many kids more concerned with starting a fight with someone 40yards away than sing. Fair play to the Swansea fans today though they were very loud and quickly drowned us out when we did get something going.

Left the house at 8am, got home at 5pm for a game 45 minutes down the road, Morrison came to clap the fans at the end and a lot made their feelings known by telling him to f.off.

Go suck a dick armchair fans, no one at home apart from the Canton bothers.

Glad they gave him grief.....only a few months ago we took Man Utd apart at old Trafford......wtf is going on?

Not sure what people expected?

There were 1,650 of us and 18,620 of them, and despite what Roathie will say on here they absolutely detest us, their level of hate for all things Cardiff is a notch above any hate Cardiff have for them.

We are their sole rival, there is nobody else

They also had the added advantage of the fact that A.) they won the game, and B.) we didn't exactly give our fans anything to sing about.

But having said all that, watching on the TV apart from when they belted out Hyms and Arias and when they were singing Cheer up Neil Warnock and Warnock is a Paedophile (which Sky apologised for) were they any better or louder? I don't think so, they are as sanitised as anyone else now.

And that is not being biased either as I have openly said on here before in 2014 when they beat us 3-0 at the Liberty their fans were fantastic and games at the Vetch were also good with the North Bank creating a fantastic/hostile atmosphere.

A lot of time both fans sang same song with their own twist to it so difficult to distinguish between them! but not sure what people expect with just 1600 fans against 18k and hard to sing for 90mins watching that performance. But was the quietest at away game so far.

You can convince yourself of that if you like but the hate towards us is far more than the opposite. That's just the truth of the matter. The Liberty was rocking on the stream I was watching and backed up by the commentators and pundits in the ground. Just take it on the chin, you are sounding very bitter when we have been pretty gracious.

How have I not been gracious? I have just spoken factually and directly.

I am not gloating, I am not mocking, I am not laughing. Been pretty empathetic with the way the club is and have given some pretty constructive points as to what needs to happen (in fact they were just points that were shouted down months ago). :thumbright:

Oh you mean that YOU have been gracious.

I thought when you said "we" that you meant your fanbase had been gracious.

You make some valid points but in a slightly smug and condescending fashion.

Your team made hard work of beating us today when we were absolutely shit. Nice of your midget number 28 to do the "swim away" at the end of the game too - very gracious of him.

Pembroke allan, there he is!! you are probably a sound guy and I would love to meet with you over a pint or two but your level of hate and anything positive about Swansea is something else. If I was you I would listen to soothing music tonight before you go to bed so that you can get some sleep

I haven't seen too many gloating fans on here? Have you?

We didn't make hard work of beating you at all, we were winning pretty much all game and it never really looked under threat. If you mean we didnt finish more of our countless chances off then I agree with you, but hard work it was not - let's be honest.

any other game and I would agree..
but this was a derby ffs plus many of those present had been buying and selling on tickets desperately wanting to be at this fixture
its not like others would not have made the effort if they had the chance.

Outplayed, outbattled and outsung.
The Liberty was rocking.
I was there in The Cardiff end and I thought our team and fans were both poor.
It's very hard to take.
Stop blaming modern football. I dont think Swansea had a modern football problem today.
We need to up our game on the pitch and in the stands.
unfortunately we were 2nd best in every department on Sunday.
Hard facts are sometimes required.

You didn’t get the memo clearly.

Not sure if you noticed but the party line is that we were rubbish and stadium was quiet and only just scraped home by a goal, nothing to split us other than that single header.....

Your obvious facts aren’t welcome today.
