He’s on a season long loan to Palace. Can he be loaned Out again from Palace to us?

I think you can play for 2 teams in a single season so as long as he has not played for Betis then he could be loaned to us

I think if palace and betis agree to terminate the loan he could then be loaned to someone else.

I can't see him wanting to come back here. You assume he's on more money at Palace then he was here last season and you also have to assume we'd offer him less now.

It was also said very extensively on here that Murphy and Reid would boss the Championship. Certainly not happening for Murphy.

the point about Murphy and Reid is spot on.
im one of those that thought they would both be very effective and to date neither has..

I'm sure Betis would like him to be playing but neither Betis or Camarasa are likely to welcome the statement made by dropping to Championship to get it. Unless he has completely fallen out of reckoning at Palace he will surely stay there with money also a factor.

Murphy a major disappointment. I can't help but think now that Reid would not be helping out current cause either. Both seem to be luxury players and an interested and fit Tomlin would seem to be considerably more effective than either.

Only the £20 million we put for them. And worth what now?

Money isn't a factor.
He is contracted to Betis therefor that contracts stands I believe.
The only obstacle would be the percentage we would pay against the percentage palace are currently paying. :thumbright:

well we have already had cash for Reid with Fulham apparently buying and paying the balance next summer...{ not sure why its structured this way, maybe FFP ? } and Murphy .. I thought he would be more effective than he is but he is not terrible.

Reid is showing as officially on loan at Fulham. May well be FFP but given our clubs ineptness I'll believe we have the money when it's declared and official. Likely become an undisclosed which will only make me wonder.
