For me I have said from day one a big step for Glatzel to the Championship, will need time if and I mean if he is to make it.
Robert Glatzel?

The striker has by no means disgraced himself following his £5.5m move from Heidenheim this summer, but he will know he could have done better.
He netted his first City goal, a penalty, in the draw at Derby and scored in his next outing against Hull City. But he has missed some chances, too.
He was unlucky at West Brom to have had a goal ruled out for offside — it was actually Morrison who was off — but he missed an absolute sitter by anyone's standards just minutes before.
The German has been so eager to impress that he has looked snatchy with some of his chances. And with Danny Ward, who has three goals in his last two games, breathing down his neck, Glatzel knows he has to convert more opportunities into goals in the coming weeks.
