Aaron Ramsey has not travelled with the Wales squad to Slovakia. He's stayed in Cardiff in a bid to be fit for Sunday's qualifier with Croatia.

I thought he was fit and had been playing recently ?

Hes more use to us in slovakia , that's the game we have to win, Croatia is a free game really

How can you say it's a free hit when Croatia are 4 points above us but played a game more.

Wales have to win both and then the top spot is in our hands

probably because we only have to finish top 2. and beating slovakia makes that much more of a possibility.

The game today is crucial. If we lose to Slovakia its probable that we wont qualify even if we win our next three games.

Won't qualify through group but in all probability have play off through nations league!

Giggs must now see himself in Ramsey, and Ramsey is starting to act like giggs did, what a shame we are no longer together stronger.

Aaron Ramsey a doubt for Wales' Euro 2020 qualifier against Croatia after suffering thigh problem prior to Juventus' win over Inter Milan
By Tome Collomosse

Aaron Ramsey's 11-month Wales absence could continue after injury setback

Aaron Ramsey remains a doubt for Wales' Euro 2020 qualifier against Croatia on Sunday as he continues his recovery from a thigh injury.

The midfielder stayed in Cardiff for Wales' 1-1 draw in Slovakia on Thursday after picking up the injury in the warm-up prior to Juventus' 2-1 win over Inter on Sunday.

Ramsey's last played for Wales in a game with points on the line against Denmark on November 16, 2018.

Wales boss Ryan Giggs has not given up hope of having Ramsey, 28, available at the Cardiff City Stadium, especially as Ethan Ampadu looks set to be left out after lasting only an hour in Trnava. The former Arsenal man is likely to be given until the last possible moment to prove his fitness.

Wales reported no new injury worries after a positive night in Slovakia, with those who played concentrating on rest and recovering yesterday/on Friday.

Kieffer Moore, who scored his first international goal on Thursday, is set to retain his place after having treatment on a head wound, but Liverpool's Harry Wilson, on loan at Bournemouth, could replace Jonny Williams in attacking midfield.

Williams looked tired after being asked both to operate as a No 10 and shackle Slovakia midfielder Stanislav Lobotka.
