“ NEIL WARNOCK UPDATES CARDIFF CITY FANS TODAY “
NEIL WARNOCK:
Sol Bamba?
"I went to Llanelli the other night and it was a good game. There was a good atmosphere, apart from a couple of yobs in the stand. It was that type of game he needs.
The first week back we will have a friendly game rather than the 23s game, but not sure who."
Joe Ralls?
"He’s getting better. It’s only three days and we’ve got two weeks off. If I feel the same speaking to him today, I would tell him no. I would advise him against that if we have a fortnight before the next game."
International break?
"If we can get a result it would be a fabulous end to the month. Once again we’ve been given another Friday night after the international break, one or two of the lads won’t get back to the Thursday. Once you can allow but twice is out of order, really. I will be writing to the EFL.
There should be some common sense, but unfortunately with the EFL there’s not much going about.
It’s totally out of order. It’s all right for these lads who have European players, but we have players in far-flung corners of the world coming back Thursday for a Friday game. It’s scandalous really."
Zohore, reflect on time here?
"The players that do frustrate you like that win you the games. I’m glad I’ve been able to give him a step up in life really. When I came to the club everyone was telling me to let him go the next week on a free transfer back to Belgium. But I didn’t let him go and he contributed to us going up, he had a six-month purple patch. Whether he recaptures that or not is down to the six inches between his ears."
"I’ve always thought he’s not had the best advice from certain people. I won’t go into detail."
Haunt you?
"He will haunt anybody. He could score a hat-trick tomorrow. He does need a certain type of attention. You have to involve him pretty much daily in conversations."

NEIL WARNOCK:
"I didn’t realise that. I thought you’d tell me we’d not beaten West Brom for 25 years or something. It’s flown by, full of incidents, ups and downs, but overall I’m really proud of how the club is now to how it was when I arrived. I take enormous pride in how we are, especially every time we listen to the fans."
Lee Tomlin?
"It’s difficult for him to sustain it with the size of the pitch. Yes you could say it leaves more gaps for him. But you’ve got to manage it. At 2-0 we managed the second half superbly.
Our lads are realising it will take a good team to score three goals against us. We can’t go gung-ho."
