EFL trophy

Now that the EFL trophy is accepting u21 sides from the premier league, would you want to register a City side in the cup if able? (Obviously if/when we get back to the premier league).

I'd probably say yes, only so that the younger players can get more game time in a competitive match.
Also would be able to tick a few more grounds off which is always a plus!

Not sure its an issue club will have to contend with for a season or two.

Halesowen playing FA Cup game at lunchtime on Saturday and only twenty mimutes from WBA if you want to squeeze another game and ground in!

Personally no

It's just another way of devaluing a cup that is traditionally for the lower league sides.

I think it was last year or the year before Lincoln beat Chelsea U23s in the Semi Final and got to Wembley instead of Chelsea U23s thankfully.

Cheers for that! I need Halesowen as a tick but as they were slightly further down the list I hadn't researched where they were located etc.

May head on up there :bluescarf:
