I say that as somebody who doesn't know much about Tommy Robinson. But apparently he is the first ever to be jailed for contempt of court while reporting on a case. Is that right? Not a good look for the establishment if true.

He was right to be jailed.

He terrifies the establishment that’s why they want him dead. Glad he’s out and good luck to him.

Surely if he thinks:
1) That hes been wrongly imprisoned (multiple times)
2) That him or his family are at risk of death
3) That the UK is the same as North Korea
Then he'd leave.

Nobody is above the law and he's broken it loads of times. I suppose he had to go. The sentence probably fits the crime for a repeat offendor in all fairness.

He and his family are at risk, there was a foiled attempt by Islamists to shoot up an EDL Rally he was attending. He’s been attacked numerous times, are you seriously disputing he is under threat?

Treatment of him this time around very different to the last. Shows that the powers that be are more afraid of him than ever before if you ask me. Didn't want to risk him becoming a martyr.

In fairness whilst I dont think he should have gone down (I've covered this before at great length so not going into it again) politically what they've done was the most sensible option in that they appeased the rabid anti tommy mob on one hand and by looking after him whilst he was in Belmarsh have in someway appeased the pro tommy supporters on the other. Smart darts.

Don’t agree with his politics at all but I have followed what was going on..but ..he was definitely treated differently than if he had been on the other side .
The government are terrified of what he does and says...just look at what happened when an EDL March was targeted by loads of guys who travelled on a train to cause trouble.
Police stood back and threatened to arrest TR..
Did nothing about the lads who were there to attack his rally.
There has to be equal treatment otherwise anarchy will reign.
I was in Worcester when the EDL held a march and to be fair, what a bunch of knuckle draggers ....
