Last nights game!

There us a lot of differing views on the game last night? Think it is difficult to assess how well city played because way game was played, before game would have taken point so as we did that will do. But to have a Fulham do what they did from 1st minute totally ruined the game as while we criticise NW style we all know we get ball forward quickly shots at and on goal shows that 1st & 2nd in league! But playing with goalkeeper taking 2 minutes or so to decide he cannot pass to his two defenders because city players on top of them so he just played ball out play on halfway line particularly in 2nd half, city just could not get any forward momentum with all the stopping in play as Fulham contested every decision by ref taking extra time to take free kicks/ touches .

I wanted to leave game it was that bad it's not how football should be played? Yes city waste time with those Morrison throwins but that is to gain attacking position Fulham did things purely to waste time big difference.... overall improvement in some areas but upfront glatzel needs a partner upfront totally isolated and 100% ineffective! As for Morrison hope bamba comes in think him and flint will be a better fit and of course we wont waste time on throwing balls into area where we dont look dangerous at all.
After last night feel more optimistic and believe we will be ahead of Fulham come end season

He us poor this season cost us several goals and overall play is well down on previous seasons particularly his heading..

It was certainly an improved performance. We were sloppy at the back, but happy to come away with a point against a strong side. Should have been three though

SM is a leader, he might make the odd error but so what. Gary Neville used to balls up a lot but fergie would always have him in the team......

Misplaced loyalty because its costing us points! In reality we could and probably should have won wigan and Blackburn? But given how we are supposed to be poorer this season we are not going to bad and will get better.

The only thing is you can’t blame a visiting side playing tactically, even if it produces a negative kind of game. A good side will find a way to win. There are a few sides who will come to CCS and try to spoil. Tough!! Just get on with it.

The only thing is you can’t blame a visiting side playing tactically, even if it produces a negative kind of game. A good side will find a way to win. There are a few sides who will come to CCS and try to spoil. Tough!! Just get on with it.

Their tactics are same in most games saw them at beginning of season same two defenders in box keeper using them? At time said to other half it's like watching paint dry? Why do you think lost at home with 77% possession! Yes great tactics if winning but from start game thats appalling and rather our so called hoofball to the crap they played..

what a joke possession stats are fulham were passing the ball around so much i counted the passes on one occasion 14 times in they're own half with only a few city players hardly in that half of the pitch and when they got to the half way line they hoofed it in to our area.the only thing which marks them out as a good side is the same guy who got them promoted is their £20 mill striker,if he played for us last night we would have probably run out 4-0 winners.

There are a number of clubs who play like this away from home. It’s not pretty and I wouldn’t watch as a neutral. But I can see why it could be ok if you have no ambitions to win the league.
