I think we should dissapointed to only draw after playing so long against ten men.


Neil Warnock named the same starting eleven for the third league game in a row.

Smithies, Peltier, Morrison, Flint, Bennett, Ralls, Bacuna, Tomlin, Whyte, Murphy, Glatzel



City were under pressure early on with Mitrovic and Cavaleiro both coming close.

But City were getting back into it with Gavin Whyte causing a lot of problems for the Fulham defenders.

GOAL: In the 4nd minute, Josh Murphy opened the scoring

GOAL: In first half injury time, Mitrovic got away from Morrison to equalise from close range.

HALF TIME: CARDIFF CITY 1-1 FULHAM

Fulham dominated the first 15 minutes of the second half.

Paterson and Hoilett came on for Tomlin and Whyte in the 64th minute.

RED CARD: Harry Arter sent off for Fulham in the 68th minute

Joe Ralls shot just wide from distance in the 73rd minute

Aden Flint thought he should have had a penalty with 15 minutes to go

Bacuna booked in the 80th minute

Mendez-Laing replaced Murphy in the 81st minute

Glatzel headed just wide in the 83rd minute

Morrison headed side in the 88th minute

100% agree. Keeper would have had a yellow for time wasting if he hadn’t been booked already.

Fulham boring to watch as per usual. Mitrovic play acting, Arter a cheat and time wasting from the first half.

Could have won if we had finished chances. Oh well 8 points from 6 isn’t awful. Need to up it to 10 to be in a playoff spot come the end of the season and need to be looking at about 13 from each 6 to be in the top 2.

Onwards and upwards

City fought hard, but lacked that bit of quality. Even against 10 men for 30 mins. A good effort but no cigar!

In the transfer window we didn't replace players with others of an equal standard or better. This fact will come back to haunt us throughout the season.

I thought against ten men t showed that NW should have used Bogle to support Gladzel rather than Patterson.

Glatzel still not impressed me, great chance to test the keeper with a header and didn't even hit the target. Clearly doesn't have any pace so tomlins creativity was wasted on him. And his movement sometimes was shocking, he looked like he man marked the centre halves

With the tactics we play it's harder to score against 10 men as they just defend. No on the break goals from an attacking opposition. Poor defence to let Fulham score, alot of hoof ball, wild headers and not much attacking threat but an improvement overall in my opinion. Would have been happy with a point from the start playing against a much stronger team on paper.

I said this. Why only a booking when timewasting. Why not give a free kick too. Stop the circus that was tonight from the best 'footballing' side in the league. Jokers.

I though our ball control and passing was poor (again) tonight. Maradona & Pele in their prime couldn’t score in our team, the way things are.

It’s all good having so many passes etc, but when it’s between your central defenders it’s not good football.

Considering they had 70% possession across the game they only had one/two shots more than us.

Thought we played ok but disappointed to have only come away with 1 pts tbh. Hopefully we can get some of our players back after the international break.

It not comparable to say a Man City as they play the ball foward with purpose and actually play a good amount of long balls to. It doesn’t really matter how much possession you have if it’s all at the back. It about good chances created however you play.

Time wasting at its worst how can 3 players have cramp when they didn't run that far all night especially mitrovic how the fck could he get cramp?

alot of people saying fulham were boring, and side passing was boring....if they kept arter on the field, they would of gone on to win. our team would of tired out chasing the ball, side to side, a few times fulham made one pass which seemed to carve through our midfield. and then create problems for our defence. our football is something is boring, we allow opposition to have the ball, in the hopes that our defence will stand strong and do their jobs, something which they can't seem to do at the moment, and then on the attack, there just seems to be no movement, and no options. from what i've seen so far this season, i'd say fulham will end up in the play offs with their style, we'll finish 10th.
