‘Friends of Fulham’

Their forum saying ‘not that I’m worried about the result but our tactics and attitude seemed inept’.
That’s from fans of a club that has spent far more than we have so come on lads, let’s move on and get behind the team (whoever is selected) on Friday for a far more important game.

Wonder what they thought after having 77%+ possession and still lost at home? :o

Mmmm. Really looking forward to Friday as I think they’ll have similar possession but we’ll do a smash and grab on them. Think Glatzel May get his first goal too.

I'm not overly keen on NW way but at least can get excited or frustrated at game! And usually chances come faily soon in game with us? But watching 695 passes at slow pace would and does make me switch off game waiting for a shot or action in pen area......It's ok if win game but to lose it makes me feel what was the point?

Correct, Fulham tried that last season and it wasn't exactly successful was it. Even in the promotion season Fulham scraped through the play-offs whereas we went up automatically.

This season I would say that the football, apart from the Luton league game which I thought was good, has been disappointing. But generally, since Warnock took over, I've enjoyed it because it is direct and often a lot a goal mouth action (at both ends !!).

I'm never that convinced by possession stats. Luton had loads of possession but the majority was in their own half where there is no danger and we had 17 shots with 5 on target.

I think we might struggle until Pack is back unless we manage a decent free agent and that was a mistake in the window. Hopefully we can just hang on in there until he's back and then build up some momentum.
