Watching the Jack's on tv
Just noticed how the Jack's manager looks just like a local.
His father must have been his mother, his sister must have been his brother.
One ugly mother!!!

Hate to say or admit it, but they're looking quite decent. They all look comfortable with the ball. They could do well if they keep up their form.

Been made to look good really brum offering nothing from start.. time will tell if injuries ect will effect small squad.....

I think this Swansea team will easily finish in the top 6 perhaps even automatic promotion if they stay injury free.

Just offered bugger all relied on 10 man defence soon as goal went in that was that had to change and as we know as soon as change way play get caught out massively

When they have two players on £100k a week each, top 6 is the least they should be aiming for.

Not had hardest of opening games derby away hardest drew it's a long season though

Re: Swansea manager

The transfer window is still open for the continent, expect more departures from the jacks.
They also have a very small squad.

Good start though and they do seem fortunate in picking untested managers at this level.

His dad is keith cooper who resigned from cardiff city corporate matchday hosts in the last week.

Neither are on 100k.

They are excellent for this level though, Ayew especially.

Well plenty of time to unleash Allan. Leeds away next who are clearly the other best team in the division, I don’t see us getting much up there.

Yes actually today have given you credit in what said today. but it's a long season and will take many turns for both of us? You've hit ground running we've bumped along but that's nothing new for relegated team. Like said saw game today and upto goal never looked like scoring but took opportunities cant ask more than that, if we did same we would be up there to.... not sure will get anything at Leeds but be statement if win.
And its true being better doesnt get you promoted that's for sure consistancy does.

Not sure what you mean by never looked like scoring Allan? I’m sure the Birmingham keeper will disagree with you as he turned around to see his defender clearing the shot off the line that had him beaten all ends up. :D

We could have won 6-0 and it wouldn’t have flattered us.

Re: Swansea manager

We cant pass the ball
We cant keep the ball
We have no pace
We have no goal poachers
Shit academy with no cardiff way

Weve gone from a poor premier team
To a poor champ team.

How id love to see us slam a decent team
3 v 0 with 77%
Possession.

But thats unlikely.
Been unlikely since Dave Jones tbh.

Love Warnock, but love football too

A stat for you too...

We have only lost once at home in 2019.

And that was to Manchester City in a match where it is widely accepted we should have won after outplaying then and losing it on the ridiculous non-VAR debacle with the offside goal and incorrect penalty gifting them 2 late goals to beat us 3-2, even Pep apologised for it.

Getting 6 goals from 12 shots 6 of which were on target would be impressive by anyone standards. Anyway leave you to it got some gardening to do

Hes right but at end day it got us promoted did your passing game get you anywhere near it last season? 77% possession didnt get Fulham a win yesterday at home ! Football is about different styles love or hate it at end day results matter not possession.
Ps you obviously dont know this poster or you know he loves being negative especially
about us! :laughing6:

Last season it gave us a much needed consolidation season.

Prior to that it gave us 3 promotions and 7 seasons in the top flight as well as a major trophy and a European run :D

Thanks for asking.

Having been reading pembroke allan over the years its clear any swansea success kills him. Who can blame him. Over the last decade we have become the team that he dreams of cardiff. Imagine if cardiff played possession football with a team full of academy products, having recently been in the premier league for 7 seasons, went on a european cup run beating valencia away, having players being sold for 40million +, having ex players and managers making contributions in the premier league, brendon rodgers, sinclair, dan james, gylfi, oli mc burnie, tammy the list goes on. In reality he has to contend with his team buying giants, long throws, transfer record of 9million, one season wonders in the prem and praying each day for bamba to come and save the team.

Why did Keith resign? Was it to do with conflicting interest now his son manager at jacks?
Sad if that the case.

The jacks are playing well at the moment, however, no one is promoted in August, I do think they will finish in play offs though.

What a plonker you are no wish to be like Swansea I like my club no matter how we play? 50yrs supporting club teaches you a lot.... your problem is history started only when you were in premier league! So what you sold 40 odd million ££££s of players remind us what and where it got you? Yank owners stripping
the finances away from club! And what league you are in now? :laughing6: how long will this manager last as long as past 7 or 8? As for Valencia a team bottom of their league havent won in god knows how many games fantastic result..... all teams that play in any league make a contribution of kinds good bad or otherwise you were small team in a big pond nothing more. :old:
