How did he do?
Many goalscoring opportunities?
Did he miss any sitters again?

The stream I watched the game on had two Blackburn commentators. They compared him to "Cheap man's Rudy Gestede"
Think he is a hard worker and links the play up nicely, especially playing with Tomlin. Just needs a goal or two now.

I thought he struggled yesterday.

Have to give him time to settle - new country, new culture, new teammates, new style of football( :laughing6: ), more intensity to the game.

However to date has never really looked like scoring to be honest.

Let's be fair to Glatzel he's come from a team in Germany that played with the ball on the floor and most of his goals came from him running onto through balls from the midfield.

He's now in a team that play direct football which is not his style if he gets more than 7 goals this season I'll be surprised.

Surely that begs the question, why fork out Five Million on player that isn't going to fit our style?

It’s a Warnock thing.

He hasn't got the greatest of records when it comes to signing strikers. He's spent 11 million on 2 strikers and both look like they couldn't hit the side of a barn. Vassel will be our top scorer this season if Warnock plays him.

Wouldn’t surprise me if it’s Ralls with about 8

Omar bogle scores goals , he is in form , play him .
You should earn the right to play in the team not be given it just to justify spending the money

i don't think playing people to justify the fee is something anyone can level at this manager.

That’s a really good point.

Been said many times can have messi Ronaldo & bale in side they would struggle to get 10 goals! But in fairness promotion is about defensive qualities as much as scoring.. look at huddersfield promoted on minus goal difference all because they won games 1-0 to make up losing some games by several goals. NW teams similar thing
