No pace in defence, still no right back, lack of quality in midfield and no real number 10 anymore. God knows if the strikers are up to it, they had no service but they certainly didn't cause any problems.
Very frustrating and looking at the squad I just don't see the answers at the moment.
Concerning we have played the teams near the bottom.

Lack of creativity.
Mendez off the pace.
No service to Glatzel.
Give Tomlin a go, I say.
We can’t have too many more performances like that.
On the bright side, I thought Curtis played well when he came on.
43 games left so let’s not panic yet.![]()

The poorest aspect of today was the application of the team. They jogged bag without the ball and were second best in tackles all the time. That is unacceptable. This was worst performance under Warnock and possibly the worst football from City since Trollope was in charge. The whole tone around the team and Warnock feels wrong at the moment. I don't get any genuine sense the club want to fight for promotion. I can easily see us losing on Wednesday and if there is the same effort as today the players and Warnock need to be told by the fans exactly how we feel.

Just look at the weight that an already overweight Paterson has put on over the summer. His reward for being out of condition is a starting place. Any other club and he'd probably be docked wages for coming back looking like that!

My wife said look at this size on his arse![]()
In fairness to him although he carries a bit of weight it doesn't stop him getting about.

It DOES stop him from getting around. He didn't close Luton down at all well last week. He huffs and puffs but his movement is appalling
