I decided to email the Blackburn ticket office to see about the way that a lot of northern fans who may not have memberships etc can obtain tickets. The replies upon email are as below.
It’s great to hear this as some fans may not have memberships or be able to afford one so being able to get them on the day is only a positive

Was told only 2000 tickets initionally
If tickets are sold by monday we can get another 1000
