How did the new players do?

I'm out of the country so didn't get to see the game, only commentary on sky's ports app which is vague.

Mostly interested in Pack as I don't really remember ever seeing him play although in sure I have.

Pack was everything we were missing in midfield last week against Wigan. He is strong, a good tackler and looks composed on the ball. Having him there gave Ralls a lot more freedom as well, to be a creative player.

The midfield was a lot better today.

I was really impressed with Glatzel. He seemed to be everywhere and looks like a great dribbler of the ball. Some really nice touches and turns of flare from him! Even if he doesn't score loads (not suggesting he won't), he will definitely bring other dynamics to the team.

Whyte looked good too, good dribbler of the ball and always tracking back. I think he will develop well and I am excited to see more of him.

Pack in my opinion is very much a sideways type of player with a bit of passing range although wouldn't say he's poor or great on this performance. Thought glatzel showed nice touches and set Murphy up for a few efforts feel he can offer something but didn't really test his shooting too much today. Whyte done ok in stages looks tricky but still needs to get up to championship pace. Vassell not enough time to assess very quick tho and can got the goal

Pack was mom , great player a calming influence, can tackle ,head ,pass and seems to read the game great

Impressed with all of them.

Flint was the best player on the pitch and did his job amazingly. He will get a fair amount of goals this season, and probably our-score Morrison and Bamba.

Glatzel had a very good game. He was running at defenders and was unlucky with his chance. Would have had more opportunities if Murphy wasn't such a selfish player.

Whyte was very energetic and made some good runs, he's a great option to have. Caused their defence problems in the second half.

Hard to say with Vassell because it was such a late sub but took his chance well and that will be a huge confidence booster for him going forward.

Vaulks not on the pitch long either so couldn't comment but seemed to be playing in the role between the midfield and Vassell towards the end.

Flint is better than Morrison his distribution is better , his headers seem to find a team mate , was good last week and even better today

Agreed, at 750k he could turn out to be our best signing of the summer.

Good news, looking forward to seeing them for my self soon enough.

Pack especially sounds like what we have been lacking for some time.

Flint was brilliant,
Pack was very good too, his passing and distribution was very good.
Whyte was poor I thought, dodgy first touch and seemed anonymous during the game imo.
Glatzel played well and has very good feet for a guy who's 6ft 4.
