Your wrong Outside the transfer window, a club may still sign players on an emergency basis, usually if they have no goalkeeper available. ... Free agents can be signed by a club at any time during the season, if they had been released by their previous club before the end of the transfer window.

Thats what i thought but someone on here yesterday was quite insistant that we cant add to our 25 man squad until 1st january 2020 even with free agents wez
Just wish someone could find the new rules i think championship this season are under same rules as premier league
