Promotion season would have been a loss the single season in premier league with increased costs and then the cover on wages going down alone wipes out over half the premier league money

You then have premier league transfer fees and championship fees, stadium running costs, agents fees and many other tonshv to consider, the parachute payments are to cover higher operating costs on relegation not fund a massive transfer and wage kitty

For those still saying tan keeps the money look at the accounnts since he joined the club there is not a penny paid back to him

Afraid we have a lot of fans on this forum who have no idea about the operating costs of a big business. As you say, there is far more involved than just buying and selling players, and for most businesses, the biggest costs are staff wages/bonuses etc. No point telling the op to look at the audited accounts, if he understood them he would have already checked the ones submitted to date and not have come out with the ridiculous comment in the first place.
