Your crazy if you think that squad will compete with Fulham , leeds and West brom . We will be nowhere near the automatic places

We haven’t and actually let a few good players go. We are way behind the top teams in this league and sadly lacking serious pace and quality.

Same fulham who have now got arguably our best player from last season and out best forward from this season. Plus added knockaert from Brighton who is very good.
They have a front three of
Knockaert, mitrovic and Reid
A midfield of Arter, Cairney and McDonald
Not one of our midfield or forwards would get in there first 11

Worries me slightly, especially after a speedy Windass showed how to play against them.
I think that was one of the problems Warnock was referring too, as well as how ineffective Reid was, hence Reid gone Pack in, we have a new central partnership and keeper, Warnock will protect them until they settle in and all start to work as an effective back four/five if you count the protection and keeper.

Nelson might be the answer not sure but Warnock won't drop Morrison or Flint.
Sadly when things don't go right Warnock will get more and more defensive. As you said Pack will probably replace Reid.
It's a shame, I really thought we could take it to clubs this season. Thought the end of last season Reid and Zohore showed some great play and had the signs of an unstoppable partnership. Looks like it's back to long throws and corners.

Surely though Wez, the point is that we have had a season in the Premiership with all the riches that it brings and yet the best we can say is that we have a squad two years down the line that is JUST as good as the one that surprisingly got us promoted. Warnock performed miracles in getting us promoted and now he's being asked to do it again. He shouldn't be in that position again. For me, the club have shown lack of ambition this time around, last time it would have been a gamble to throw money at Warnock, but this time, its far less so, as he's proven to the club, that he's a winner. It's disappointing from the club.
