Happy with this transfer window

* Zohore - largely seen as a disappointment
* Manga - shame he left, but he wasn’t happy here, only had a year left, and we got decent money for him
* Harris - no impact in his departure
* Healy - no impact in his departure
* O’Keefe - no impact in his departure
* Cunningham - no impact in his departure
* Reid - not ideal, especially going to a rival

2 x strikers - Vassell & Glatzel (excited about the latter)
2 x midfielder - Vaulks & Whyte (young fresh legs)
2 x defender - Nelson & Flint (solid defenders)
1 x Goalkeeper - Day (good prospect)

Gotta b honest I was feeling a little deflated....but on looking at your post it puts it all into perspective and I think you are bang on. Everybody should read this.
Warnock has done it all before and we should trust him....on top of it all its cost us nothing and will all help towards a bright self sustainable debt free future

I'm not grumbling even though I would have liked us to bring in Messi, Ronaldo and a few more. It is roughly what I expected, and I'll tell you if I'm happy with our dealings after 12 or so games. Certainly not going to get all despondent one game into the season.

You can spin it either way. The proof will be in results.

For me we haven't steenghen key areas. Lack of pace in defence, and ideally we have needed a right back for 2 years. Midfield looks questionable. Let's see. Loads of Wingers as usual. Glatzel has to come good for us to stand a chance of top 2 in my opinion. I thought Reid was the one to bring the goals this season but now I struggle to see where they come from.

And the fact that Arter and Camarassa loans have ended.
We've got rid of some dead wood. Great.

Flint not likely to be as good as Manga. Weve needed a rb for at least three windows and still have only Peltier. Zahore an enigma but goals in championship last time. Reid proven at championship level. None of recruits are. Two of them need to pay off big time for us to play offs or thereabouts.
