What is the reason?

Why do we seem to struggle to get any class players her and always seem to fall short in the transfer market.More often hearing comments like we all tried our best or we just couldn’t get it over the line.IS it because of our location OR is it because players DO NOT like WARNOCKS style of play or other reasons ?
