I don't think any of this is Tans doing, I think it's all down to Warnock.

Sol Bamba just said on SSN that it looks like Reid is going after talks with the boss, he said it will be a big blow to lose him as hes a fans favourite and good in the changing room. I guessing hes fallen out with Warnock.
