“ Away Allocation Reduced “

Wed Aug 07, 2019 8:24 pm

VINCE ALM:

Supporters Club members information regards Reading:

Due to the away end at Reading this season being split between home and away fans similar to 15 years ago the allocation is reduced to 2200 from 4000 as in previous seasons. This still complies with football league rules as 10% of the capacity is allocated to away supporters

This information has only been confirmed last 48 hours when Cardiff City received the tickets from Reading FC. We believe these may have been delayed due to a clampdown by the Football league on ticket prices like for like in the away end to home end with all league clubs.

Due to the game just over a week away the club has no time to set a loyalty criteria from previous seasons. It isn't ideal for everyone but no criteria will suit all!

To aid the club in ensuring that supporters who went to Wigan have an opportunity to purchase Reading tickets, Please can supporters members who intend on going to the Reading away game on the 18th August and went to Wigan let me know by 4 o clock tomorrow Thursday 8th August.

Due to the high volume please can you text me 07814 779441 or What's App me on that number, or inbox me in messenger.

I am extremely busy sorry so unable to have detailed conversations so I may just reply to you with one word answers so apologies in advance

Those who have already booked and attended the Wigan game no need to contact me.

Those who have booked and DID NOT attend the Wigan you will be kept on our list for next week if tickets become available.

2200 is piss all when you think we have sold out 4000 at reading midweek before, doubt the tickets will make it to monday tbh

This explains the lateness of the tickets......piss poor by Reading, they should have sorted this weeks agao. Reading are the wankers in this.
