It’s not Tan that’s the problem, it’s warnock, he doesn’t want to spend money, tan has said a few times the money is their but warnock won’t spend, plus I don’t think we can attract the ‘high quality’ players we need, can’t remember the last time we signed someone and I thought wow what a signing, even when we went up, Murphy, Reid etc good signings but not WOW signings

Its his last season you would think he would go out with a bang not a puff, cannot be to doom and gloom, the transfer window does not close till tea time thursday, you will be ticked off by the wait and see brigade.

Fingers crossed he will bring in someone before the window closes .....but his track record ain’t that good .

Warnock has never signed big yet he’s won a record number of promotions. Why on earth would he change his successful way of doing thing because it’s his last season? We’ve lost one game ffs, and we’ve got a great championship squad. Hence why we're a lot of people favourites to get promoted. Also Fulham are too, who lost on the weekend, yet I bet the people who tipped them on here aren’t writing them off.

I cant help but feel we haven't made the most of the summer. Even now the players we are rumoured with I feel like we are getting more of the same and more of the same positions.

Lets not pretend this is a cheaply assembled squad either, we have paid some big fees for some of these players. In my opinion the things we needed to do 2 years ago still count, we still need a right back, we still need to replace Gunnerson and we still need a top centre forward. Vaulks and the German guy maybe the answer to two of those, I hope but im not massively confident.

Who’s righting is off I certainly am not . As Warnock has said over weekend our weaknesses where plain to see and he knows where we need strength .....so act on it with some quality .

I think the issue it that's its always the same positions.

2m net spend is laughable. I thought the reason we didn't spend a lot in the prem was that it would allow us to be able to spend a bit when we came down and not be in Fulham and Huddersfield's position. Im not saying these players wont work out but the fact we've made a lot of money from the prem and had parachute payments should have allowed us to not have to sign league 1/2 players. I dunno im just very underwhelmed with our transfers so far apart from Glatzel.

Perhaps we don' t have to sign anybody like wolves did, and just pay the wages for the season and if the wage structure needs to change do it, if the owner wants to spend let him.
