Didnt he play up front for Bristol when he scored for fun? What we need to do to get the most out of him, i like Reid just dont think hes being played properly

The problem with Bobby Reid is that he doesn't suit our style and he struggles in our formations.

If we played to his strengths he would score us 15 goals+

If someone had offered 15m then I have no doubt Warnock would have sold him, he's to small for Warnock, not his type of player, not really sure why he signed him if im honest and no doubt he will be one of the first to be dropped if we don't start winning.

But have him and as far as ive seen he has generally done well. Personally I think he should be given the number 10 role as his for a good run of games.

I do agree. Clearly a huge talent but he just doesn't seem to suit our one up top style. Ive said that it wouldnt surprise me to see Reid go. £9M would be a decent return which cpuld mean we ccould look at RB and a quality CM.

I don't see why he doesn't as long as he isn't the 1 up top.

He has the energy to cover ground, he had an eye for goal.

He started to show some great link up play with Zohore toward the end of last season. Obviously that's no possible now but im told the new striker is better so hopefully that works out.

5 goals last season when the majority of games he was on the bench, the seasons before he had 20 goals and 13 assists for Bristol and last week he got a great assist for the Bogle goal. One of our best attacking players and probably one of the best in the league. Don't know why im arguing his case really, anyone with a brain knows how talented Bobby is. Clearly we should be more worried about the other end of the pitch.

Would 100% keep Bobby - vital link between midfield and attack as proved a few times on the weekend. Clever player who will always create space and get chances if he’s played.

Strange how can he lose confidence after finishing last season quite strongly, he should be flying out this season in the championship just like he did last time with the wurzels. We need to incorporate him far more....

2 league games ago we played Manure off the park and everyone was a hero.
90 minutes of league football later and everyone is a disaster.

I don't think he will go, but don't think he suits us either, just hoping I am wrong and Warnock can find a way, doubt it though, I think Warnock will sign or convert Nelson/Vaulks into a specialist defensive midfielder and sacrifice him!

He will probably use the wingers with crosses, and free kicks corners and long throws as our main goal threat while keeping it tight as a ducks arse at the back!

The guy is class act letting him go would be criminal imo.
Playing him in his position may help him out

In all seriousness we shouldn't be selling reid if we are serious about going for promotion, I hope to god that Neil isnt actually looking to get rid of him, he can be a top player in this league as he showed couple seasons back for Bristol.

Someone obviously knows what was happening to randomly put out an unlikely scenario is odd to say the least! Given what's being rumoured.
