I'd say that any attempt to reduce alcohol intake is a good thing for the health of people living in Wales.

Its to do with minimum price per unit not the discounted price of a packet of 20 cans? Thought Portugal as challenged this and its been suspended until its sorted through EU beaurocrocy?

I've no idea to be honest. Wouldn't think they've even got a bar as it was built in modern times where drinking in the workplace is generally frowned upon. Whereas Westminster is obviously from another age and we know how they love to hold onto their traditions.
