Bacuna

Is he sir Neil’s new love child. Constantly getting praise, been given the number 7 shirt. He’s going to have a big old season for us could make or break him. Hope he takes it in his stride.

Think he might get the nod over Vaulks this weekend. He will have to perform as soon as Vaulks gets in that first team he won’t be coming out

He's a good player and slightly underrated, we have three decent central midfielders, but would like one more, it's a long season and they get battered and there are a lot of injuries in the Championship due to the extra mdiweek games and less rest time.

He had a great Summer in the CONCACAF cup. Led Curacao to their best position. Should've beaten USA in Quarters but their keeper had a blinder! He scored a great goal on the way there too.

Certainly good enough for a Championship midfield.

I wasn't overally impressed by Bacuna last season and looking forward to seeing more of Vaulks but if im honest I don't think there is a lot between them. Be interesting how Warnock uses them both.

The hate bacuna gets from some of our fans is ridiculous, he came in from a championship relegation threatened side and straight into the premier league needing to hit the ground running. He never put a foot wrong, helped us see out games numerous times and was man of the match Man Utd away...

Vaulks long throw might get him a fair bit of game time, an interesting battle between the three including Ralls all good quality Championship midfielders

I think Ralls is nailed down to play nearly every game barring injuries or whatever.
I think, with Bacuna, the jury is out because he needs a run in the championship before most people should judge.
Vaulks, I haven’t seen much of but I think he’ll be pretty nailed on to start as well (especially with the long throw :laughing6: )

Still hoping for a big CM signing though!

Warnock said when he signed him that he was Gunners replacement?

Bacuna seemed tho thrive on the physical side if things when it got a bit tasty against nice last weekend may be horses for courses and he comes in when a bit of physicality required.

He was outstanding in the win at Old Trafford, if he keeps those standards up he will be a big player this season.
