Following records tickets sales and this is fantastic news for the Profit & Loss account as there is always a positive knock on effect of having such a large basic starting point.
It does however, show how insignificant gates receipts have become as the club will probably make £10m from commercial/sponsorship.
They will also receive £12m from the EPL and £35m parachute payments via T.V revenue
