Don't think he has signed for anyone as of yet,but not in Bournemouths plans neil did hint,if memory serves me right,that we"would be pleasantly surprised " by a signing lined up,could that be it?, who knows mate,not us for sure

From what I’ve heard he’s contracted to Bournemouth for another 2 years. I imagine he’s holding out for a move to a premier club or at least Fulham.
I don’t think he’ll be coming back here but you never know!

Good player but by no means a certain starter at any club in the premier league. He's on prem league wages and there's hardly anyone prepared to pay that this year in the championship. So if he's not in Bournemouth's 25 then they'll have to take a hit his wages to move him on.

They're a pragmatic club with pragmatic management. Better from their point of view that he's playing with a proportion of his wages paid than him sit in the reserves with them paying the lot. There's a deal to be done without doubt. Possible loan paying half his wages with potential permanent transfer and or substantial additional payment based on promotion.


It would an absolute travesty if Arter's not in someone's first team next season. That's not likely to happen at Bournemouth.

If he was going to go to Fulham I think he would have gone there by now mate?

I reckon the fact Scott Parker is his brother in law might actually make it more unlikely than likely as they wouldn't want to put themselved in that position
