I heard on sun morning that Jimmy mcinch X bluebird passed away on Saturday

R.i.P , a lovely bloke .

I remember him.Decent youngster that didn't make the step up.

I was only a young boy at the time but I seem to remember that he was one for whom a lot was expected as he was one of the best players in what was possibly our best ever Youth side. That side reached the FA Youth Cup final before we lost to Arsenal in the final. Of that team I can only remember Phil Dwyer and Derek Showers making the grade.

I can confirm he did pass away late Friday/Saturday and was a true gentleman , injuries caused his career to end very short whilst playing with Phil Dwyer etc,R.I.P jimmy a bluebird to the end.
