A week ago, there was a strong rumour that we were favourites to sign the Senegalese midfielder, Sankharé from Bordeaux, but it has now seemed to have been forgotten. Does anyone know if the situation is completely dead?

The truth is that it was nothing more than a rumour. Maybe things are moving along and agents are talking to clubs etc but maybe nothing at all is happening and maybe there was nothing in it.
What I’m trying to say mate is that I think it’s pretty much all guesswork and a story from wherever spreads like wildfire and it seems a signing is imminent.
It’s silly season so as difficult as it is, sit tight and wait for official news.
