Sky Superfast broadband help

Trying to connect to my Firestick and having real problems for last half hour or so.
Tested Broadband speed which is usually 30+ mbps and it’s barely 12mbps.
I realise I’ll need to contact Sky tomorrow but anyone have any ideas?

I have sky super fast and every now and again the speed drops significantly
Not sure the reason but it rectifies itself usually within ten/twenty minutes
Luckily it doesn’t happen very often

That’s what happened mate.
Turned on and off and waited and as you say, 15 mins or so and all ok
