Frank Lampard has informed his Derby players that he will leave the club if the right offer comes in from Chelsea, according to the Daily Mirror.
The former Chelsea midfielder has been linked with the vacant manager’s position at Stamford Bridge following Maurizio Sarri’s departure for Juventus.
