The transfer is expected to be completed when FIFA’s international transfer window opens from June 11.

Does that mean we can't sign anybody until the 11th as it's classed a's an international transfer?

Presume means cannot complete it until then but nothing stopping city buying players !

Right I get what you mean. So Cardiff could just be waiting till the 11th to announce anything.

Makes sense actually thinking about it. Whole Sala ordeal is now revolving around whether he was actually our registered player, I wonder if the club are avoiding anything as horrible happening again
