Unbelievable yet again Atletico Baleares fail to go up even after being runaway Champions.

BUT Atletico do now get a 2nd chance and they now go in to a lottery where they play 4 play off games, if they come out on top of them, they then can win promotion. so complicated.

That said I have always believed the best way to get promoted is through the play-offs. Yes it is a lottery but what a pay off if AB can win through. Justice might still get done

its because they have 4 leagues on an even footing.. and there fore one division might be much stronger or weaker than others...so they promote 2 of the 4 champions and then have play offs for the other 2 spots.

Yes I agree Tony, they won the League, best points ever in their history, more points than any of the other three Leagues.

On a separate note it's like the Champions League, needs renaming, two finalists not even Champions of their own country in almost 30 years.

Yes def deserved it, went on a 22 game unbeaten run and clear Champions.

To ensure a stronger Segunda División there could be an argument for 6 up (4 champions plus best 2 from play offs) and 6 relegated (bottom 4 automatically and other 2 take part in play offs to retain place)

You would expect AB to win this rounds game over 2 legs and the remaining sides don’t look too difficult
